Mail In Ballots

After voting in the 2018 election, I walked outside and there was a van filled with many, many Boxes of Spanish Ballots. Perhaps a hundred ballots per box. The box labeled for my precinct was given to those working my voting place. I asked the workers if all those ballots would be counted. I was assured that if the name on a ballot matched a name on her list of voters for her precinst, that the ballot would be counted. As far as I could tell, there was no indication of where the ballot came from. As far as I could tell, there was no way to verify the signiture on the ballot.

I believe this is as dubious as mail in ballots. I believe that mail in ballots should only be accepted from the post office box that each voter uses to receive mail. The ballot should have the 9-digit zip code used by that voter. [I admit I would prefer the full 11 digita zip be used. i.e. 5 digit post office, 4 digit street number and 2 digit house number.] Post person delivering mail should reject receiving any ballot without full zip correcponding to that boxes mail address.

Trucks from other zip codes should not be allowed to deliver completed ballots.
